Showscan Announces Nasdaq Trading Notification
LOS ANGELES--Sept. 16, 1998--Showscan Entertainment Inc. Wednesday announced that it has received notification from The Nasdaq Stock Market that the company's common stock was delisted from trading on the Nasdaq National Market System as of the close of business Wednesday.
This delisting followed Showscan's previously disclosed hearing before the Nasdaq Stock Market on Sept. 10, 1998 at which the company's non-compliance with several of the requirements for continued listing on the Nasdaq National Market System was reviewed.
The company's common stock will now trade in the over-the-counter market on the electronic bulletin board of the National Association of Securities Dealers Inc. The company's trading symbol will remain SHOW.
