I've heard from two sources now (although one may have gotten it from the other) that Peter Guber may be trying to buy Iwerks. Anybody know anything about that?
And another rumor I heard today is that Imax is suing Texas Instruments, allegedly for restraint of trade or something like that.
I wouldn't object to hearing some speculation on these subjects (as long as it was intelligent or entertaining or both) but I'd rather hear some well-informed facts from someone who knows what they're talking about, even if they have to post anonymously. Sometimes it happens to the best of us. |

Well now what is going on?
I see that IMAX is trying to sell the company.
I think Disney or Sony are most likely the ones
that may do such a thing. Anyone else have info? |
